How it works
- BSI is the distributor for our partners’ federal government customers, primarily VA & DoD facilities
- We process government orders and send you a purchase order with all of the pertinent contracting and shipping information
- BSI processes government payment (credit cart, WAWF, etc.) and product ships to the facility
- Every phone call, from customers or the sales team, is answered live from 7am - 5pm MT
